The challenge of global customer service.
I feel sorry for the people in customer service for large companies. They must constantly deal with frustrated people.
The majority of customers calling in are already tired of the loops jumped through to get someone on the phone. Then more loops to get someone that can actually help.
A few sales pitches later and you’re left on hold wondering, how long will this take and will they come...

No Doubt
In our lives, there are so many obstacles we face. Yet there hasn’t been a single one that we could not overcome. So why do we have so much doubt? Always thinking. “What if we fail?” We haven’t yet.
